• The department of Economics was established in the year 2019.
• We have affiliation for Economics at UG level since 2019.
• Though the college situated in rural area. The Department has provided great opportunity to student.

OBJECTIVES
• Up gradation of Knowledge in recent trends and developments in Economics.
• To acquaint recent trends and skills in different branches of Economics.
• To guide and support the students for field study and research work in the subject.
• To create environmental and social awareness by exposing students to various activities.
• To guide and support the students for field study and research work in the subject.
• To conduct Socio-Economic Survey and economic extension activities.
• To encourage the Students in solving the various economic problems.
• To conduct Seminars / Workshops /Conferences on different topics and to publish the papers presented.
• To make the Students fit for employment.
